Located in the desirable Harbor Village; the home is within walking distance to all of the great Marina amenities such as Mojo’s, Delphina’s Cantina, The Sandpiper and more! Enjoy watching the ships go by while drinking your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Did we mention the gorgeous sunsets? Or, that the beach is in your back yard? The private boardwalk leading from the back porch straight to the water is the ultimate in convenience and easy relaxation. This home has an open reverse floor plan, with the living room, kitchen, and dining room upstairs over looking the Cape Fear River, where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. The fully stocked kitchen complete with double oven makes cooking a breeze. The master suite is equipped with a King bed and en suite bath with whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom (King bed) has a private bathroom with shower. The third bedroom (Queen & Twin bed) also has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a double sleeper in the living room upstairs and an area we like to call “the Turret Room”! This room offers “boat style” bunk sleeping arrangements and is great for children! There’s also an extra full bathroom upstairs for added convenience. From the custom tiled archways in the walk-in showers to the handcrafted tables in the dining and living room, no detail was overlooked in the creation of this Bald Head Island beauty. Additional amenities include kayak, bicycles, dvd collection, and games and puzzles (additional amenities NOT maintained by BHIV and subject to change without notice at homeowner discretion)

The only individual I had worked with was Lindsey Miller. She was very knowledgable and responsive. Our house had a beach access and some of the boards were in dry bad condition. I pointed this concern on the walk way to the beach to Lindsey and she coordinated workers to replace the damaged areas.

My family spent 2 wonderful weeks on 96 Turks head Court just after July 4th. The location is wonderful. The property is located in a cul de sac and has beautiful intercostal views along with a good view of a Long Beach where fishermen and walkers enjoy the undeveloped area. Its also convenient to the ferry and the grocery store. The house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor all with full baths. The upper level is a 15 foot high space that takes in the kitchen, living area, dining and a separate game area. Outside of this is a beautiful rear deck with great views.

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay at Journey's End! This was our first time staying at the marina and we really enjoyed it. The sunsets were absolutely spectacular! We even got to watch dolphins from the balcony. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the layout, too. The owners were also kind enough to renew their Shoals Club membership so our family could enjoy. Extremely grateful to the owners who shared their lovely home with us!!

Property was just awesome. I recommend it for families with small children (especially). The beach is convenient and protected - so kids can just sit in the surf. It doesn't have big waves, but little kids won't care about that. We had the dog with us and she loved the beach access and river behind us. Would come again and stay in the same place.
