This home features a private beach access and private pool. One of Bald Head's most exclusive, this magnificent 4 bedroom/4.5 bath retreat sits on more than a half acre of Bald Head's West Beach. Enjoy the privacy provided by mature oak and cedar trees, yet be close to all the best Bald Head has to offer. Upon entering the home, three walls of windows showcase ocean panoramas and the island's best sunset views. The spacious, light-filled living area features new white oak floors, 20 foot vaulted ceilings and is anchored by a wood-burning, gas-starter fireplace. Dine outside on the covered deck Adjacent to the dining area is a huge, open plan chef's kitchen with expansive Carrera marble counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, two ovens and a spacious eat-in nook. The kitchen is complimented by a full bar area with a gorgeous walnut countertop/bar. Three bedrooms and a separate laundry room complete the home's first floor level. Each bedroom includes a brand new en-suite bathroom with marble countertops and designer touches. All bedrooms have closets for storing your luggage. Just off of the main living area is a generous screened-in porch, complete with game table and another expansive sitting area to enjoy island breezes year-round. Outside, an extensive Trex deck surrounds a 30+ foot saltwater in-ground pool. Sunbathe here or take the few steps to the sand using the home's private beach walk. When the day is done, rinse off in one of two outdoor showers. The Master sanctuary occupies the home's entire second floor and features a king bed, its own sitting area, a large walk-in closet, a private deck and a spa-like bath. The entire home was refurbished in 2016 with designer finishes and includes a full house dehumidifier system to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The home has 2 golf carts, one four seater and one six seater. The home's ideal island location is perfect for long strolls on the beach or casting a line to enjoy Bald Head's best fishing on West Beach. Walk down the beach to welcome visitors when you see the ferry approaching, or just to grab a cup of morning coffee or afternoon ice cream from Sandpiper's.
