Emmet Place on Bald Head Island, NC was a perfect home for a couple's midweek get-a-way in March. We think Emmet Place is probably the most comfortable house we've rented;comfy bed, couch, and dining chairs. The great room fireplace and enclosed golf cart were welcomed for the chilly nights of early spring.

Y'all were incredibly responsive to our (unfortunately) multiple inquiries. We love staying in BHI Vacations-managed properties, and great communication is a big part of that.

We absolutely loved Southern Exposure. We walked around most of the first day like Stefan of SNL ("this house has EVERYTHING!"). Beach towels, sand toys, outdoor shower, beach/board games, a ping pong table, a hammock, a porch setup in shade or sun or on the roof as you prefer, bikes, fishing poles, nice golf carts, the list goes on! The floor plan was perfect for us, and being able to spend most of the day outside on the decks was a huge plus.

Bald head island vacations was very easy to work with and very attentive. Linsey was very responsive and helpful even checking to see if we could get in the property a bit early. Lindsey also checked on something left behind by a member of our party that had a great sentimental value and located and sent the item back, thank you!

We had a wonderful time on the island. Pura Vida is a beautiful home that is well stocked and appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Lindsey & Thad were very responsive. We had two small issues (golf cart with flat tire) and they quickly resolved them without inconveniencing our stay.

We had a truly relaxing getaway! We loved the house and definitely plan on returning. The house was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located to BHI Club & Marina.

We had one golf cart give out on us and the team was there within 15 minutes with a replacement and then returned our cart by the afternoon. It was wonderful not to have to stop our activities to wait on a repair. Also there was a tiny leak at the kitchen sink and the team was there immediately and had the tools and knowledge to repair it. Again, not even a hiccup in our day. Thank you. The Millers are extremely knowledgeable about BHI and friendly. We enjoy and are very comfortable booking with them. Lindsey answered every question that I had about the rental and is very patient.

We truly loved staying at 16 Indian Blanket Crt on Bald Head Island. It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. This is our third time staying at this property and will be there this fall again. Our favorite family thing to do is to sit on the upper deck, talk the evening away and point out the massive container ships as they pass. Our grandsons take pride in being the first to spot one. The view is amazing. The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minutes so we leave the golf carts at the house. As the house is fully equipped we do not have to worry about carrying anything over on the ferry. That is very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time on the island, the property was perfect. Our kids especially liked the community swimming pool.

This was my families third trip to the island and it never disappoints. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It came fully stocked and we felt very comfortable.

Every need we had was addressed. Lindsey and her crew responded quickly and resolved any issue.

We so enjoyed our week on BHI. This home was everything we hoped for! There was plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities you could imagine. My grandkids loved the bunk beds! Having three golf carts was wonderful so everyone could come and go as they pleased. The bikes were great to haveeven a smaller one so my 7 yo grandson could ride. There were plenty of beach chairsI think 6. The location is very convenient to a couple of beach accesses and also to BHI Club. Stunning view.

We had a wonderful week! The house is lovely and the location of the house was perfect. It was such a treat to stay so close to the beach. Having beach access right across the street was incredibly helpful, particularly for one of our family members that has some health and mobility issues. On days when that person couldn't make it to the beach it was so nice to still be able to experience the ocean views. It was just the right size for our group of six. We have been to BHI many times before and stayed in a variety of locations on the island; this was by far our favorite house.

Loved!! Beautiful home, well appointed kitchen. Perfectly stocked Bookshelf upstairs with a ton of great reads Love the accent lighting, all the outside and bathroom hooks, Well thought-out out mud room area as you come in from beach. New golf carts are awesome!

The maintenance team was very responsive when one of the golf carts wouldn't charge.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at 31 Horsemint. It was just the size we needed for 3 adults and 4 teens. It was clean with ample seating and ample kitchen supplies. We loved the view of the golf course and the ease of getting to the market and BHI Club. The marina and it's shops and restaurants were a simple .80 mile walk. My husband and I loved our daily 2.25-2.75 (depending on the route) walk the Midway Coffee each morning and then our walk or the same distances back home after a delightful morning chat at the coffee spot. We would surely consider renting here again.

The only individual I had worked with was Lindsey Miller. She was very knowledgable and responsive. Our house had a beach access and some of the boards were in dry bad condition. I pointed this concern on the walk way to the beach to Lindsey and she coordinated workers to replace the damaged areas.

My family spent 2 wonderful weeks on 96 Turks head Court just after July 4th. The location is wonderful. The property is located in a cul de sac and has beautiful intercostal views along with a good view of a Long Beach where fishermen and walkers enjoy the undeveloped area. Its also convenient to the ferry and the grocery store. The house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor all with full baths. The upper level is a 15 foot high space that takes in the kitchen, living area, dining and a separate game area. Outside of this is a beautiful rear deck with great views.

The property Lindsey Miller touched base with us a couple times prior to our arrival, providing helpful check-in information as well as any pre arrival questions regarding the house or about Bald Head Island.

Our vacation stay on Bald Head Island 2023 was great. Angels Envy provided our family a great place to stay with fantastic ocean views. The house was well nicely decorated, comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is convenient to the beach, market and other areas of interest on the island.

Lindsey and team are always super responsive and communicate well. We had a flat tire with one of our carts and it was fixed almost immediately.

Fish Bowl is a beautiful house with high end appliances and every possible amenity. Perfect for our two families of 11 adult size people. Well maintained, almost feels new. The reverse floor plan creates expansive views of South Beach plus great people watching of carts passing by. Beach access is a long walk or a short cart ride.

We had a very positive experience with every member of BHIV team. They were polite, responsive, friendly, and attentive. Lindsey sends a very detailed email with important information about getting to BHI and what to do there.

Barefoot Children is a little haven nestled in the maritime forest. It has a very well appointed kitchen and open floor plan, modern touches, and new safe golf carts. Its a lovely home with a great layout.

Check in and out process was easy. Very responsive to any questions we had about our stay.

The house was great! Perfect layout, plenty of space for our family of 4 plus 2 teenage friends. Golf carts are brand new and in great shape. Location is ideal for east Baruch access. Will book again next year.

Pura Vida was wonderful! The house is beautiful. It has a lovely front porch to have coffee and watch carts go by. The back screened on porch is perfect for meals or lounging. The kitchen was very well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Very nice house that is close to the beach. Great deck for evening relaxation. The house is very well stocked on beach items and things you would need.
